Grounded Healing’s adventure retreats consist of 3-day long outdoor activities which may include: rock climbing, highlining, canyoneering, hiking, paddle boarding, river rafting and camping. Mindful adventuring can allow participants to fully immerse themselves in their experience, while infusing approachable skills that clients can implement into their everyday life after our retreats.
All of our adventure retreats are led in Moab, Utah by licensed mental health therapists and consist of custom mindful experiences specific to support those in self-awareness, discovery, growth, healing, and holistic wellness.
